PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • The event will take place and participants will be accommodated in Hotel Visegrad, in the village of Visegrad, Hungary (address: 2025 Visegrád, Rév u. 15.).
  • Airport transfer service is provided for all participants arriving at Budapest Airport with flights reserved by the organizers, unless turning down in advance. Arriving participants shall look for our colleague (English speaking driver) showing a sign with the name and ‘FAO Workshop’ on the exit.
  • Information on airport transfer for departure will be provided individually by workshop secretariat..
  • Car parking is available in the hotel free of charge for workshop participants.
  • Participants are kindly requested to
    • indicate their special menu preference no later than 12 June 2016.
    • bring their own laptop, network access keys will be given on the spot.
