This is a special database as all values are presented on a DRY MATTER BASIS because this database is intended mainly for standard setting purposes.

 

For those wishing to have pulses composition on fresh weight basis, please use the FAO/INFOODS Global food composition database for pulses – version 1.0 (uPulses1.0)
